🔹 What You'll Do:
Ensure employee safety through training and proactive safety management
Maintain compliance with GMP, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Supervise production activities to meet company and customer quality expectations
Monitor key processes, including metal detection, changeovers, labeling, and weights
Identify waste reduction opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
Oversee training and development of both new and existing employees
Address and resolve employee conflicts professionally
Schedule staff effectively while managing costs
Prepare and conduct performance reviews and training materials
Recommend or initiate hiring, promotions, wage adjustments, and disciplinary actions
