Join Our Campus Dining Team as a Quick Service Supervisor!
We are looking for an experienced Quick Service Supervisor to become a part of our vibrant campus dining team. This role will oversee the quick service outlets at a designated location on campus, providing an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team with a wonderful culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and train unit employees, including students, union members, and student managers.
- Implement and uphold all operational procedures and programs related to dining services.
- Conduct or delegate daily pre-service checks, line inspections, station evaluations, and table visits.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service or a related field (equivalent education/experience may substitute for the degree).
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in managing a similar food service operation.
- Preferred experience in a high-volume food service establishment.
- ServSafe Certification.
