Gordon Brothers is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of integrated marketing programs that drive demand, increase client engagement, and support revenue growth across North America.
In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders across North America to help define business-specific marketing strategies, budgets, campaign plans and performance metrics aligned to business goals. You will work closely with the broader corporate marketing team and external agencies to ensure all initiatives are consistent with the firm’s global brand and messaging.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with business and sales strategy that drive brand awareness of individual business lines within the markets they serve.
- Develop and execute deal marketing campaigns, including PR, print and online advertising, email, social media and website updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and channel partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, analyzing market trends and channel performance to inform marketing strategies, optimize marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.

- Work closely with the other members of the marketing team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- 7-10 years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing/communications experience, preferably within a financial/professional services sector. Experience with M&A, turnaround, retail and/or industrial industries a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and influencing and engaging effectively.
- Proven record of successful development and execution of integrated marketing plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at working with people from all levels of seniority to drive the marketing agenda forward and achieve results for business stakeholders.
- Well-rounded marketer with good business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, highly organized, dynamic and resourceful.
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador by ensuring attention to detail, consistency and quality across initiatives.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with CRM (Salesforce), email (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) and social platforms and/or project management software (Asana, Monday, Workfront, etc.) a plus.
