Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Engage in regular reviews to ensure high standards in client care.
- Offer education and guidance to clients and families on mental health and available resources.
- Implement up-to-date practices based on the latest research.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work and a current LCSW license.
- At least two years of experience in clinical practice.
- Knowledge of solution-focused therapies and excellent communication skills.
