Responsibilities
The primary role of the Clinical Social Worker Supervisor is to provide supervision to an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who is pursing licensure. To provide individual and/or group clinical oversight and supervision to assigned social worker, to monitor and assess clinical progress, strengthen the clinical knowledge, and provide guidance to meet licensure requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Have been licensed in California or any other state for at least two (2) years out of the five (5) years prior to the commencement of supervision.
- Sign and comply with required supervision-related forms.
- Experience in basic to intermediate computer skills/knowledge
- Provided direct supervision to ASWs, AMFTs, Associate Professional Clinical Counselors
- Experience in the hospital setting
