Are you seeking a meaningful role where you can support individuals’ mental health and well-being? We are hiring licensed Mental Health Counselors—LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs—to join our committed team in California.
Job Type: Full-time, Virtual
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Duties:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing research-backed methods.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clients toward mental wellness.
- Deliver urgent intervention and crisis management services to clients in distress.
- Keep accurate, secure client records in line with all regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance client care.
- Stay informed of new practices and trends in the counseling field.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus full benefits
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline from an accredited university.
- California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligible for licensing.
- Experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations.
- Strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
- Dedication to providing culturally sensitive care.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
