Our Approach
- Admin work is handled by us, so you can focus on what you love – seeing clients.
- Our clinicians save 3-6 hours a week on documentation by using new technologies like Blueprint AI and Connective Health.
- We have collaborative teams and a supportive community. Our clinicians are separated into small teams of 10 to 12, with a licensed clinical lead for assistance.
- Accessing mental health treatment shouldn’t be as hard as it is. We remove the barriers and simplify the process because it means our clients get the help they need, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
Requirements
- A Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields (required).
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (license based on office location). We are currently not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
- 2 years’ experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency: must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
