Key Responsibilities
- Develop site layout, grading, utility, stormwater, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D.
- Prepare design documents, engineering calculations, technical reports, and permit applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines to meet design objectives and deadlines.
- Assist with permitting at local, state, and federal levels (e.g., MassDEP, Conservation Commissions).
- Support construction administration including RFIs, site inspections, and as-built drawings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
- 2-6 years of relevant civil/site design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
- Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
- EIT certification preferred (PE track encouraged).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
