As a Civil Litigation Associate, you will handle a diverse caseload, including commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance-coverage matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage various phases of litigation for assigned cases
- Handle all phases of discovery
- Appear before state and federal courts
- Perform legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct depositions
- Develop case facts and legal arguments
- Report case updates to managing attorney and clients
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation. WILL NOT consider candidates with more than 5 years of experience.
- Strong research and writing capabilities
- Significant experience in trial and deposition
- Bar license in the state of North Carolina AND South Carolina

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
