What You'll Do
- Manage a book of commercial accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
- Partner with producers and the service team to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with claims reporting and coverage questions
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Active insurance license (Property & Casualty) required
