Your Role As a Commercial Roofing Estimator
As a vital part of this high-performing team, you'll:
- ️ Develop accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
- Perform take-offs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site data
- Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to produce winning solutions
- Review contract documents for scope accuracy and pricing alignment
- Oversee submittals, change orders, and closeout packages with precision
- Be a key contributor in pre-construction meetings to ensure successful project launches
- ✔️ 5 years experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
- ✔️ In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)
- ✔️ Ability to read blueprints, technical specs, and compliance documents
- ✔️ Proficiency in estimating software Edge, On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Office
- ✔️ Strong time management and communication skills
