Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates covering all trades
• Solicit, compare, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Support bid strategies, value engineering, scheduling, and presentations
• Provide continuous coordination with project teams during pre‑construction
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years in commercial construction estimating or pre‑construction
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems
• Proficient with estimating tools
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
