Gpac is seeking a FSQA candidate for a FSQA Compliance Coordinator role for a great company client in central Michigan.
Overview: This role manages product documentation, customer requests, supplier compliance, and quality systems across the enterprise. It plays a key role in food safety, regulatory compliance, and supporting the Quality team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product and supplier documents for raw materials and non-produced goods using TraceGains and other tools
- Oversee FSVP and material risk assessments with the QA team
- Handle online customer RFI requests and maintain finished goods specs and SDS documentation
- Maintain TraceGains receiving systems for sister company and train internal users
- Support regulatory compliance with FDA/USDA requirements, traceability exercises, audits, and COA generation
- Use and support internal systems including SAGE and LIMS
- Additional duties as needed, with occasional travel
- High school diploma required; associate degree in a related field preferred
- 2 years in QA, document management, or manufacturing (pet/food preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAGE, Adifo, and online supplier portals
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities
