Requirements
- Expertise: 5-10 years in commercial and industrial HVAC systems-manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, schools, etc.-with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Certifications: EPA Type 2 certification is essential; Universal Certification and OSHA 10 are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs of 20 tons is a must.
- Driving Credentials: A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background screening.
- Adaptability: A team player open to learning and adapting, with a solid foundation but eager to expand their expertise.
- Background: Previous experience in a senior-level technician role with a strong focus on Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting.
- Salary: Competitive hourly rates with bonus opportunity
