Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws.
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 3-7 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and NLRA.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex workplace challenges.
