Plant Manager Opportunity!
An employee owned and operated manufacturer is searching for an enthusiastic Plant Manager to join their team. This role will serve as a critical contributor to the company's growth. As the Plant Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the entire facility.
Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing Plant KPI's to ensure operational excellence and Reporting P&L Monthly
- Participate in developing Annual Budget and CapEx
- Lead 8 Direct reports with 200 Indirect reports
- Lead and Implementation of Safety and Continuous Improvement projects
- Conduct daily meetings covering company goals
- Oversee Quality Manager and supporting staff on quality discrepancies' Root Cause Analysis
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors
- Lean Manufacturing Leader - ensures areas are kept clean and orderly; 5S System
- Oversee the Maintenance team to ensure problems are addressed and preventive measures are being taken
Plant Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required
- Minimum of 8 years demonstrated Management in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment required
- Experience implementing change throughout facility required
- Experience in Profit and Loss accounting preferred
- MBA in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
