Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation, including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to family law cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases and advocate for clients' interests.
- Manage caseload and meet deadlines while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ideal candidates have 4 years of experience with family law litigation in WA
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- An attorney who is self-motivated, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Employs analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
