Business Analyst / Data Analyst – Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support business analysis and data management activities for an ongoing project in Anchorage, Alaska. This role will focus on documenting business processes, improving data quality, and supporting system and process enhancements to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, define, and document business processes, objectives, and data standards.
- Support small to medium projects across all phases under the guidance of a manager.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize business and operational data using established tools and methods.
- Identify business needs, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
- Assist with system implementations and process improvements.
- Support testing of new or updated processes and provide training to internal users when required.
- Track project progress, timelines, and resources; report updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices and standards.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and analysis methods.

Education
