JOB SUMMARY:
The Cath Lab Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory. The Cath Lab manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for specific patient care unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. This includes clinical, human resources, and financial management. Shift work may be required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree or two years college level coursework in Health Science or related field.

Bachelor's Degree in Health Science related field preferred.

Five (5) years' experience in Cath lab and/or EP lab, with minimum 1-3 years management experience is required.

Three (3) or more year's job related experience in Invasive or Electrophysiology Laboratory including one (1) or more years in clinical management.

One (1) or more year's clinical management experience preferred.

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Certification/License in one of the following: Radiology Technologist, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiovascular Technology, or a Paramedic.

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
