Project Quote Specialist

GRAFF, a division of Meridian International Group, is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area based global manufacturer and distributor of high-end, luxury kitchen and bath faucets, fixtures, and accessory products.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Quote Specialist to join our team.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities:

· Large commercial and residential project quoting and negotiating

· Project order processing

· Project administrative duties including coordination of sample and literature requests for designers and architects.

· Managing the project pipeline

· Qualifying leads from our database for project opportunities

· High level problem solving in collaboration with multiple departments

· Managing interaction with customers (showroom associates-mainly project teams, architects, and designers) and Outside Sales team members via phone and email regarding project inquiries and escalated problem resolution

· Managing the CRM system related to projects

· Supporting the Inside Sales Manager

· Performing other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Superior communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to multi-task

· Critical thinking, utilizing good judgment and reasoning

· Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and CRM software

· Above average math skills including the ability to calculate complex discounts and business math equations

· The ability to prioritize and organize a multitude of tasks in a busy work environment

· Strong project management and organizational skills

· Perseverance to complete challenging tasks

· Strong customer service focus

Education and Work Experienced Desired:

· Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of professional Inside Sales experience and/or training, education, and related experience.

· Three to five years quoting experience in a professional role in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Project Management in a distribution or manufacturing environment, preferably for a luxury brand.
