The Clinical Resource Nurse acts under the supervision of licensed providers. Responsibilities include: collaborating with care teams to support patient compliance with care plans, monitoring all open orders and conducting routine follow-up with patients, completing medication prior authorizations, assists with referral completion, monitors patient records to ensure quality outcomes, and assists in the care of patients as required. Work performance shall be subject to routine auditing to evaluate productivity. The Clinical Resource Nurse reports to the Administrative Director of Nursing.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Current Illinois Licensure
Ability to apply knowledge base of clinical variations associated with pediatric, adult and geriatric patients
One-year current clinical nursing experience preferred
Current CPR Certification
Eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus!!
