Location: Graham Hospital Department: Inpatient Nursing - Med/Surg Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly; 1st Shift; 6:45am-7:15pm; Days Varied

The unit clerk performs general clerical, and receptionist for the nursing unit. The unit clerk works in conjunction with the RN, LPN and other caregivers to support patient care. The Unit clerk monitors heart rhythm patterns to detect and report normal and abnormal heart rhythm patterns. The unit clerk is a multi-skilled worker who is trained to perform a variety of non-professional duties. This position reports to the Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Senior Director of Acute Care.
Position Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Medical terminology course preferred
Computer skills required
Completion of a cardiac monitoring class or willingness to complete
