Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect incoming material and internally produced items and document those inspections. Issue nonconforming material reports and corrective actions. Perform containment activity related to defective material. Communicate with shop floor personnel to identify product and process problems and implement solutions. Serve as auditor for internal audit and process audit. Collect and calibrate gauges. Perform other QA departmental activities as needed. Education/Training Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Quality or other technical role. Qualifications/Experience Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally. Good interpersonal skills with all levels of employees and ability to work with various departments throughout the organization. Experience using measurement devices and gauges.
