Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Facilities Service Center Specialist. The Facilities Service Center Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external facilities service needs. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, coordinating work orders, managing communications with facilities staff, verifying completion of tasks, and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently. The specialist will also utilize facilities management systems to document and track work orders, maintain accurate records, and support the operational needs of the facilities team.
Qualifications
- Organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks and manage workflows
- Proficiency with facilities management software and standard office tools; attention to detail required
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills for providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while independently managing priorities
- Familiarity with facilities operations or similar administrative experience is a plus
