HEAD VARSITY BOYS SWIM COACH
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of both swimming and diving techniques and strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate and instruct fundamental swimming developmental drills and skills.
- Experience in development and overseeing of strength and conditioning program.
- Head varsity swim coaching experience desired.
- Experience in development of agency level programming (clubs, clinics and camps).
- Coach must possess strong professional/personal morals and ethics and be a positive role model for the student athletes.
Basic Function: Provide leadership and direction for the entire interscholastic swimming program. Coordinate school swimming programs with agency level programs, establish and oversee strength and conditioning program for swimmers. Work closely with the Athletic Director to deliver a successful swimming program.
