POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Ticket Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing group and single-game ticket orders. You will also interact with customers via phone, email, box office, and webchat to provide support and resolve ticketing issues. Additionally, you will maintain the accuracy of accounts and orders within Salesforce CRM and Paciolan, as well as coordinate new lead-generation strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess impressive organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Salesforce, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in ticketing or box office-related work is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a ticket operations role (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills for our fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Availability to work a varying schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
