Job Duties Include:
· Provides prompt, efficient service to customers in a professional and friendly manner
· Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, merchant transactions, and more
· Assist customers with basic account questions both in person and over the phone.
Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Cash-handling experience
- Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
