We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and hydraulic machinery.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Lead preventive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Provide technical support for field service operations, addressing customer service needs promptly and efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schematics, analysis reports, and equipment performance metrics.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Experience with welding techniques, specifically stick welding, is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is essential for maintaining environmental controls within the facility.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely as part of maintenance tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing issues effectively and implementing solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
