Responsibilities:

1. Lead critical maintenance programs for our plant and mobile equipment.
2. Ensure safety, environmental, and operational excellence.
3. Develop and review Asset Reliability Criteria.
4. Perform RCM evaluations.
5. Manage the Preventive Maintenance Program.
6. Coordinate with planners.
7. Implement Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination programs.
8. Manage asset condition monitoring systems and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of safe work and safety leadership.
• Technical College certification or University Degree in a related field.
• Journeyman (Millwright, Electrician, Heavy Mobile Mechanic, etc.), with a minimum of 5 years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a heavy industrial environment will also be considered.
• High degree of organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills.
• Ability to motivate and work well with maintenance and operations employees.
• High level of computer skills (JDE, MS Office).
