Reliability Engineer Role
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to lead critical maintenance programs for our plant and mobile equipment. This role works a 4/10 workweek and offers competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, environmental, and operational excellence through leading initiatives.
- Develop and review the plant's Asset Reliability Criteria.
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) evaluations.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Program and coordinate with planners.
- Implement Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination programs.
- Manage asset condition monitoring systems and tools.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of safe work and safety leadership.
- Technical College certification or University Degree in a related field.
- Journeyman (Millwright, Electrician, Heavy Mobile Mechanic, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a heavy industrial environment.
- Broad assignments requiring appreciable originality, research, and ingenuity to successfully complete tasks.
- High degree of organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills.
- Ability to motivate and work well with maintenance and operations employees to solicit input and develop ownership of key processes.
- High level of computer skills (JDE, MS Office) and capable of learning new applications.
