Responsibilities
- Enter HQ received invoices
- Sort Mail from Multiple locations
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment remittance
- Will set up new vendors into the system following company policy
- Maintain Multiple locations licenses log and distribution
- Monitor and follow-up with directors on weekly invoice approval flow
- Place orders for General Managers & Directors
- Track & Distribute Gift Cards to locations
- Enter Executive Expense Reports
- Sort, scan and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Initiate uniform transfer and intercompany
- Update Weekly Price comparison and Distribute to locations
- Ability to maintain and update POS items and prices
- Proven experience as data entry clerk 1-2 years
- Accounts payable experience 1-2 years
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) it is must excel formulas
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in Restaurant industry preferred
- College Degree Preferred
Salary : $18 - $20
