Grease & Honey Restaurants in Kenosha, WI is looking for one cafe manager - the buzz to join our 58 person strong team. We are located on 5623 6th Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience *Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution *Train and develop new team members to company standard *Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions *Follow health and safety guidelines *Motivate staff while working towards one goal *Manage scheduling for all FOH staff *Develop new menu items * Manage all ordering from wholesale accounts
Qualifications

*Outgoing and engaging personality *Proven work experience as a barista *Strong communication and listening skills *Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently *Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
