Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room Professional

Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain sterile field and assist surgeons during procedures
- Anticipate surgical team needs during procedures
- Ensure proper handling and care of surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor and maintain quality control and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current State Board certification (required by start date)
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
