Local opportunity:

• $200,000 Guaranteed Annual Base vs a Percent of Production

Our busy, beautiful office in Islandia has a dynamic and loyal staff including our very own Mentor-Hygienist. Located in a modern office complex right off LIE Exit 57 - windows in every operatory. Plenty of parking with shops & restaurants just across the street. Located on the border of highly ranked Hauppauge/Smithtown school districts.
