JOB SUMMARY :
The Game Day Promotions & Content Intern will plan and execute promotional theme nights and immersive ballpark experiences while crafting dynamic content highlighting the gameday environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Promote and strengthen Great Lakes Loon's brand value of fun, family entertainment, service excellence, and quality in all actions.
- Help create and implement interactive experiences that engage fans throughout games, including on-field promotions and concourse activations.
- Support pre-game production meetings and coordinate with the promotions team to ensure seamless execution.
- Produce engaging social media content that integrates the ballpark experience and trends in a relevant manner.
- Assist with tracking the effectiveness of promotions and content through fan feedback and social media engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive promotional strategies and content across social media platforms.
- Attend community appearances alongside the Fun Flock and Lou E. Loon.
- Lead by example and create ideas that make the Great Lakes Loons a unique, fun, and rewarding workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks during game days.
