Essential Functions:
Our customer first Customer Support Rep already has the experience to immediately begin contributing to the team performing usual customer support tasks ? Order entry, answering customer inquiries, tracking orders, etc. This role will also include:
- Work directly and collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve and/or escalate customer issues, concerns, and requests.
- Proactively contacting customers through email to ask: What else can we do for you
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Be a technical resource for customers who need that little extra help with their products
