Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a super-star Front Desk Coordinator to assist in the scheduling process. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a warm personality along with a great attitude, patience and professionalism. Our front desk receptionist is a self-motivated and resourceful individual with the initiative to creatively reach goals in a collaborative setting.
This position will be based in our Flint, MI office and is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Delivers outstanding customer service. Ensures everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and leaves the office with a great first impression of us as a team, and confident in choosing our practice for their oral surgery treatment.
- Schedules patient appointments in order to optimize productivity and efficient use of capacity and resources.
- Collects patient payments and completes daily close out procedures.
Qualifications
Required Skills for this Role:
· Superior organizational skills.
· Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments.
· Ability to take initiative and work independently.
· Must be a team player and work well with others.
· Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
· High school diploma, or equivalent.
· 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
· Experience with medical and/or dental insurance benefits preferred.
· While experience within a medical/dental office is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who is motivated to excel in a new industry.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
