What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Attendant I- Part Time afternoon position at Greencroft Communities?
Job Description:
Dining Attendants will work in a team atmosphere that stresses resident first while plating meals, serving trays to residents and cleaning the dining rooms.
Duties Include:
- Interact with residents, staff, and guests
- Perform food service duties
- Follow directions from the team leader
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
- Perform and follow cleaning assignments
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with elderly
- Have a pleasant attitude with a smile on their face.
- Be able to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs occasionally
- This work environment is noisy, abnormally hot, fast-paced, and deadline oriented
Schedule:
- Every other weekend
- Weekend shift pay: Additional $1.50/hour
- Daily, Weekends, Holidays: Must be able to work at least 2 days during the week 4:00-7:30
