Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for PRN Occupational Therapists to join our team of talented therapists in Fond du Lac, Beaver Dam, Watertown, and it's surrounding communities. Foster an experience of functional, effective, fun and rewarding therapeutic treatment. Enjoy treatment in a variety of settings including our skilled nursing and comprehensive senior communities, assisted living, and within Med B in the home.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
