Currently Hiring Occupational Therapists in Home Health for Appleton/Oshkosh
We’re Looking for Occupational Therapists Who:
- Will provide the best patient care around
- Love working independently, but wants to have a team who is always there to support them when needed.
- Are great communicators, both written and orally.
- Want to work part-time or fulltime in home health in the Appleton/Oshkosh area

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum.
- Current license/certification in Wisconsin.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
Job Duties include:
- Evaluate and develop individualized patient treatment plans
- Work with clinical staff, patient and families to maximize patient’s use of functional abilities
- Document the course of treatment in a clear, concise manner, including a discharge summary utilizing the prescribed format.
- Instruct Occupational Therapy Assistants in treatment procedures to be utilized and provide supervision
- Collaborate with clinical team to develop and educate patient and/or care givers on safe discharge plan
