WI Summer Production Roles-Summer 2022
All Greenheck Group facilities provide a safe, clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled work environment. Our team will provide you with outstanding training and voluntary overtime while you gain experience in a premier manufacturer. Pay is $18.50/hour plus $.80/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!
Start Dates Include:
- May 16th
- May 23rd
- May 31st
- June 6th
What you will be doing:
The Greenheck Group values employee development and will provide opportunities to learn, grow and develop in other areas of the facility.
Some daily tasks could be, but are not limited to:
- Crating – Protecting our products during transit is essential. At times, our product is too large that it does not fit into a standard size box. Our team members carefully read blueprints that describe the proper angle and length of the wood. They then cut the wood with a saw and use a pneumatic nail gun to assemble our crates to unsure protection during transit.
- Light assembly – Greenheck’s air movement and control products start as flat pieces of sheet metal and are assembled into finished products that are used inside of or on top of our customers buildings. This is done by using general hand tools and/or power tools.
- Material Handling – This team operates a forklift to move product and material around the facility or into trailers. Greenheck provides forklift training and certification to drivers!
- Special Projects- some of our Summer Roles may include special projects around the facilities.
Required Position Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn in a fast pace environment
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Knowledge and comfort with handling basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED (or current high school enrollment)
- At least 18 years old by selected start date (May 16, May 23, May 31, June 6, 2022)
- Ability to work all three shifts (training maybe be held on first shift for 1-2 weeks for all shifts)
- Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical
Summer Productions Roles are estimated to last 90 days
