Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged Utility 1 Driver (Class A or B) to join our team. This position is expected to work out of our office at 14207 Del Monte Blvd. in Marina, CA and limited job-related travel may be required. This role’s main function will perform routine and extensive grounds keeping and building maintenance duties and upkeep with the facility/yard. Responsible for delivering containers, shuttle trucks to drivers and assist drivers as helpers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Reading maps or navigating a GPS or similar
- Clean yard/offices (i.e., pull weeds around the property, pick up trash, sweep, mop)
- Wash equipment/vehicles/bins/carts
- Maintain Oil Waste Station
- Maintain Wash Stations
- Swap out trucks if needed to route drivers and help drivers as needed with route assignments
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL License (Class A or B)
Language Skill:
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to walk
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand; sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
Work Environment
Typical work week is Monday through Friday. Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work in setting with frequent changes in equipment, start/end time, service city/town and routes based on the operational needs for the day and or week.

Financial compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience.
