At Greg’s Cookout, our cashier and hostess team sets the tone for every guest’s experience. We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and organized individuals who enjoy working with people and helping keep the front of the restaurant running smoothly.
Whether you’re new to customer service or have previous experience, we’re happy to train team members who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pride in a clean, welcoming space.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with orders and seating
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently
- Handle payments and orders with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the front area, including:
- Counters, registers, menus, and displays
- Dining area, tables, rims, and mats
- Sweeping and mopping floors properly
- Disposing of trash correctly
- Keep restrooms, waiting areas, and entryway clean and presentable
- Assist with collecting customer feedback and reviews
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
- Arrive on time and ready to work
