Warehouse Supervisor
- Monitor employees time attendance and act accordingly
- Review SOP’s quarterly and advise warehouse manager when revisions are needed
- Assist with associates reviews
- Work independently without supervision
- Coordinate daily activities for warehouse team
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to be certain items, lots and quantities are correct
- Unload and separate containers/trucks by item and lot number and put up in warehouse locations
- Notify department personnel when products arrive and ensure receiving documents are forwarded to purchasing
- Pull orders for production and shipping and ensure accuracy of quantity, item number and lot number
- Key team member in cycle counting
- Cleanliness of warehouse
- Shrink wrap pallets in preparation for shipment
- Accurately record inventory, and make adjustments when necessary to keep inventory correct
- Certified to operate all warehouse equipment (forklift, order pickers, etc.)
- Understand product status (Releases, QA Hold)
- Understand meaning of item and lot number
- Follow forklift safety guidelines
- Follow safe lifting practices
- Cross train in other warehouse areas
- Train new hires
- Intermediate SAP knowledge (stock to stock transfers, release outbound data, print dispatch notes, etc.)
- Prepare Bill of Laden (BOLs) and shipping documents, including UPS, FedEx, DHL for Domestic and international shipments
- Prepare product for shipment to sterilization plant, record items being sent out on spreadsheet and forward copy to warehouse N20 once product has left for sterilization
- Daily contact with sterilization facilities
- Keep accurate records of freight cost for products and samples shipped to customer
- Maintain receipts and print all container products, including air freight shipments
- Forklift Authorization
- SAP Authorization
- Initiate Quality Irregularity Report (QIR)
- Bar Code scanner usage for releasing data and dispatch notes for shipments
- Standing or walking- approximately 8 hours per day.
- Kneeling, reaching, steps and stairs/pushing and pulling as needed to meet job requirements
- Lifting packages 18 to 32 lbs repeatedly, occasionally lifting up to approximately 70 pounds.
- Ability to work on order picker platform at heights of approx. 20 feet.
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Certified to operate all warehouse equipment (forklift, order pickers, etc.)
- High School diploma or GED required
