Establish Insurance Agency looking for Top Performer who enjoys?selling and helping people with proper insurance protection.?If you are?motivated to earn money, this is a position for you. Must meet quotas and sales results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Must be able to build rapport and understand the needs of the Client to offer solutions. Responsibilities
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Meet sales goals?
- Process insurance?quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Collect applicable documents?from customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Must be willing to get Property and Casualty License (Insurance), we are happy to help and can apply without having current License
- Confident, highly motivated?self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well independently.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive,?resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start, requires 60 outbound calls per day
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
