This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop specialized skills in aerospace electroplating under the guidance of our experienced foreman with over 30 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Undergo training to understand and apply electroplating techniques suitable for aerospace materials.
- Assist in the preparation of aerospace components for electroplating processes, ensuring proper cleaning and surface treatment.
- Operate electroplating equipment and machinery, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on electroplated components to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of electroplating processes, including parameters, times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and electroplating processes.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $37,900 - $48,000
