Location: Garland, TX (Dallas/Fort Worth)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120,000 β $140,000 (base)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Systems Analyst to support and enhance a high-impact JD Edwards environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, support ongoing operations, and drive system improvements across key JDE modules including Finance, Sales, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional JDE expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business users and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into effective JD Edwards solutions.
- Configure and support JD Edwards modules including Finance, Sales, and Procurement to improve process efficiency and system performance.
- Lead and coordinate JDE enhancement projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and outcomes are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve JDE issues, providing responsive support to end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations between JD Edwards and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain system documentation including configurations, workflows, and user guides.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards (JDE).
- Functional experience across JDE modules including Finance, Sales, and Procurement.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience with both end users and developers.
- Project leadership experience supporting system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator (automation / process orchestration).
- Familiarity with DB2, Green Screen, AS400, and IBM i / iSeries environments.
- Knowledge of Groovy.
- Strong SQL skills for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
