What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Gu's Dumplings?
Gu's Kitchen prides itself on providing GREAT food and customer service! We are currently looking for extra hands to help out in cashier and customer service roles. Candidates need to demonstrate good manners, must be able to work as a team with other employees, and must be able to multi-task so they can manage busy times. Responsibilities include taking orders, processing transactions, and keeping the work area clean. Our management is accepting of flexible schedules. Typical pay averages between $15-$20 an hour, most of the pay is tip based so if you have excellent customer service skills, you can earn on the higher end of the scale. We need availability all day weekends and two weekdays, with potential for more hours.

Requirements：
1) Above 16 years old with a clean background, a background check is mandatory.
2) Reliable transportation. You must be able to consistently arrive to work on time.
3) Flexible hours. Since we need to be fair to all employees , we need employees to be able to work some weekday shifts and weekends shifts.
4) Customer service experience required. Our goal is bringing people a pleasant and friendly experience. Good customer service is an absolute condition for this job.
