Facilities Maintenance Technician / HandymanJob Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems and related components
- Repair and maintain a variety of facilities systems, components and structures not requiring a license
- Perform light painting, carpentry and minor repairs

- Identify building issues and provide recommendations to the building or facilities manager when needed
- Maintain a broad working knowledge of materials, systems and code requirements related to maintenance of facilities and building codes in Hawaii
- Respond to emergencies and ensure facilities are protected and remain operational
- Maintain appropriate records and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a neat appearance
- Must be able to work independently
- May be required a driver’s license (based on assignment availability)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
