Qualifications
- Strong background in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing legal advice and representing clients in court
- Proficiency in legal research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar
- Experience with representing schools, educational institutions, or local governments is a plus
- Experience with special education law is a plus
